Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) Support

I am clinically trained in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and this work is both professional and deeply personal.

 

Having experienced my own challenges during the perinatal season, I understand how disorienting and isolating it can feel when your emotions do not match what motherhood was “supposed” to look like.

With a blend of clinical expertise and lived experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support for postpartum anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and fertility challenges. You are not weak, and you are not alone.
